How I work

Psychological counseling is a path we walk together. I walk alongside you for a while, as you find your way back to yourself.

Self-grounding instead of Self-optimization

This work is not about self-improvement, -optimization or becoming more productive. What matters here is your relationship with yourself — especially when you feel inner conflict, uncertainty, or a sense of losing your way.

My attitude in the process

I work with an open, question-driven approach. This means we are not looking for ready-made answers, but rather creating space for questions:

Who am I?

What keeps me going?

How do I want to walk my path from here?

There is no rush to answer them. Often, what helps us find our way is not more clarity about the world around us, but a deeper relationship with our own inner life.

No Agenda

You do not need to come with clear goals. It is enough that something in you is calling for attention. In our conversations, what matters, what grounds you, and what feels right can slowly emerge — at your own pace and in line with your inner reality.

My Role

My role is to accompany you with presence, to listen, to mirror, and to help you find your bearings. Not to provide answers, but to be a grounded counterpart as you walk your own path — with more awareness and from a place of inner connectedness.

How I approach my work

Conversation is at the heart of how I work. I bring psychological knowledge, a client-centered approach, and a genuine curiosity about your inner world — your processes, your meanings, and the direction that feels true for you.

Session Formats

In-Person

One-on-One Session In Person

A safe and contained space for deep self-reflection and identity work — at your own pace, shaped by what matters to you. Personal, and grounded in real presence.

Online

One-on-One Session Online

Full counseling quality, regardless of location — via video call. Flexible and familiar, with the same effectiveness as an in-person session.

Outside

Walk & Talk

Conversations in movement. Nature becomes a space for resonance — walking and talking flow into each other. Especially good for people who find it hard to sit still, or who find their words more easily when they are moving.

The format we choose depends on your needs and what feels most natural for you.
