About me

Psychological support with an analytical approach

about me

I work within psychological counseling with people who feel internally unclear, stand at turning points, or find themselves torn between external expectations and their own experience.

My work is conversation-based and client-centered, placing questions of meaning, identity, and inner stance at the core of our work.

about me

Personal background

I originally come from Belarus. For many years I have lived in Munich, moving in an international environment. I know from personal experience what it means to live between different roles, expectations, and cultural contexts.

These experiences have taught me that life’s path is driven less by external goals than by the continuous journey of getting to know oneself anew — especially when identity feels uncertain or is shifting.

Professional journey

My work in psychological counseling runs alongside an active career in strategic media and consulting. Over ten years in that world have sharpened my ability to read complex dynamics.

This combination of psychological expertise and years of business experience shapes my work.

Where I stand professionally

My first academic degree was a B.A. in Communication Studies at LMU Munich, which formed the basis for my work in media and consulting. Alongside my professional career, I studied Psychology (B.Sc., FernUniversität Hagen), with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology, Health Psychology, and Community Psychology. I am currently completing my M.Sc. in Psychology.

In addition, I completed a certified training in psychological counseling (500 hours). Existential and depth-psychological perspectives — above all, questions of meaning, identity, and inner stance — run through everything I do with clients.

I accompany you on part of your journey, as you find your way to yourself.
